Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems warrants against defects in material such as flaking, rotting, pitting, blistering or peeling of any vinyl components for a period of a lifetime to the original purchaser (including labour for one year).

Window Insulated Glass LIFETIME Warranty
Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems warrants that the insulated glass unit will not develop an obstruction of view, which is the direct result of moisture between the sealed unit caused by a seal failure for a period of a lifetime to the original purchaser (including labour for one year). 10 year warrant on insulated glass in door systems.

Window Hardware LIFETIME Warranty
Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems warrants that all hardware shall remain tin operational condition for a period of a lifetime to the original purchaser (including labour for one year).

Entrance Systems Painted (pre-finished) Slabs - 10 year Warranty
Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems warrants that the pre-finished white insulated steel slab will not warp, peel, or show sign of surface rust for a period of 10 years to the original purchaser (including labour for one year).

Entrance Systems Primed Slabs - 5 year Warranty
(if painted within 90 days of installation).
Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems warrants that the primed insulated steel slab will not warp, peel, or shows sign of surface rust for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser (including labour for one year).

Care and Appearance of your
Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems

Vinyl - Glass - Hardware
Use a damp cloth with a mild non-abrasive detergent solution to clean the vinyl. We recommend kitchen cleaning creams or automotive vinyl cleaners for stubborn marks that resist cleaning with mild detergents.

Clean the glass with any commercial window cleaner, or use a solution of vinegar and water or ammonia and water.

For smooth operation and performance of your Extreme Windows and Entrance Systems, we recommend that you spray clear silicone lubricant on all operating hardware annually.
